Initial Consultation
This is an opportunity for your practitioner to carry out a comprehensive assessment of your medical history and current health status, including diet, lifestyle, current medications and/or supplements along with body measurements and review of recent pathology results. You will be given an individualised treatment plan which may include nutritional and/or lifestyle adjustments, supplementation and we may request additional pathology (general pathology and/or functional testing) or referrals, if required.

Long Follow Up Consultation
Following your initial consultation, a 45 – 60 minute long follow up appointment (usually suggested within 2 - 4 weeks after your initial consultation) is required. This time will be spent explaining what we have discovered about your current health status and based on your needs, a personalised plan will be completed to include your personal goals. We will also review any new test results and discuss implementation of relevant treatment protocols.

Standard Follow Up Consultation
The follow up consultation is used to review your treatment plan/goals and make any necessary adjustments and is also used to continue your education, ensuring you have the tools and knowledge necessary to build a foundation of knowledge for your long-term use. It’s also a checkpoint for accountability to keep you feeling motivated and empowered regardless of what is standing in your way. We will also introduce new food ideas to keep your dietary intake varied and interesting. Monthly sessions are suggested after this initial period to keep you on track and further assess your needs and goals.

This is a quick check in to make minor adjustments to your plan and continue your education and will help you keep on track in the long-term.
