Perimenopause Wellness Package
Our Perimenopause Wellness Package includes 5 x comprehensive consultations with Kathryn, and is designed to focus on your hormonal health, including menstrual cycle balance, digestive health and address any symptoms that you may be experiencing due to hormone transitions. We also support existing conditions during this time. You will receive evidence-based support to help you navigate perimenopause with knowledge and empathy. The package includes:
Initial Consultation: 1 x 90-minute initial consultation that includes a comprehensive assessment of your medical history and current health status, including diet, lifestyle, current medications and/or supplements along with body measurements. You will be given a tailored treatment plan which will include nutritional and/or lifestyle adjustments, and recommendations for supplementation and additional pathology and/or functional testing.
Long Follow Up Consultation: 1 x 60-minute consultation to discuss your treatment plan, test results and any further revisions to your treatment plan based on your pathology/functional test results.
Check-In Consultation: 3 x 30-minute check-in consultations to make minor adjustments to your plan and continue your education to keep you on track in the long-term.
7-Day Meal Plan: a tailored meal plan providing you with nutritious options to manage your hormone health and provide nutrition options to navigate this time with ease.
4-Months of Support: additional support via email or phone is available for 4 months after the initial consultation.

Initial Consultation
This is an opportunity for your practitioner to carry out a comprehensive assessment of your medical history and current health status, including diet, lifestyle, current medications and/or supplements along with body measurements and review of recent pathology results. You will be given an individualised treatment plan which may include nutritional and/or lifestyle adjustments, supplementation and we may request additional pathology (general pathology and/or functional testing) or referrals, if required.

Long Follow Up Consultation
Following your initial consultation, a 45 – 60 minute long follow up appointment (usually suggested within 2 - 4 weeks after your initial consultation) is required. This time will be spent explaining what we have discovered about your current health status and based on your needs, a personalised plan will be completed to include your personal goals. We will also review any new test results and discuss implementation of relevant treatment protocols.

Standard Follow Up Consultation
The follow up consultation is used to review your treatment plan/goals and make any necessary adjustments and is also used to continue your education, ensuring you have the tools and knowledge necessary to build a foundation of knowledge for your long-term use. It’s also a checkpoint for accountability to keep you feeling motivated and empowered regardless of what is standing in your way. We will also introduce new food ideas to keep your dietary intake varied and interesting. Monthly sessions are suggested after this initial period to keep you on track and further assess your needs and goals.
